What payment methods does Regal Coach offer?
We accept major credit cards as well as cash. Our electronic billing and payment system allows clients to pay their invoice online with instant receipt.

How much notice is needed to make a reservation?
To guarantee a reservation, it is most helpful to have as much notice as possible, but in most cases, last minute requests can be fulfilled and accommodated.

How will I know where to meet my driver when arriving at the airport?
Our drivers will text or call when the plane arrives, to confirm limo pick-up area location.

If my plane is delayed who should I notify?
We monitor all our incoming client flights using a real-time application. You won't have to call, we'll be there when you are.

What about traffic - how will I get to my destination on time?
Tell us what time you need to arrive at the location, and we recommend a pick-up time based on our experience and knowledge of your travel route traffic conditions.

What about safety for me and my family?
Our drivers always follow the rules of the road, including speed limits. We recommend passengers wear safety belts. Regal Coach is licensed and insured to $1,000,000.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations to reservations must be made no later than 2 hours before pickup time. Any reservation cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will be charged the full fee of reservation. This includes flight cancellations, or any weather or equipment related events that causes you to miss your reservation with us.
